The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Amgad Nedal was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. Gizzaya's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ayman Aino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amgad Nedal in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, The Ultras of Ahly Team's goal looked a bit too open when Amgad Nedal came free, but Ayman Aino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ayman Aino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gamal Batran in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Ayman Aino was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute, Amgad Nedal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ayman Aino was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 79th minute Gamal Batran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ayman Aino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ayman Aino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Gaafar, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After some careless play in the The Ultras of Ahly Team defense, Gamal Batran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ayman Aino. The The Ultras of Ahly Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ayman Aino should have stopped the shot. After 86 minutes, Ahmed Gaafar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gizzaya and the The Ultras of Ahly Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gizzaya getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ahmed Gaafar hit a great ball. Amgad Nedal might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ayman Aino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amgad Nedal ran back to his position shaking his head. Ayman Aino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amgad Nedal in the 93rd minute of the match. Gizzaya walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
