After 9 minutes, Saleh Deyaa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mallauri and the Gibeil players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Gibeil booed when Mallauri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saleh Deyaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Bakr Nizar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mallauri's Ashraf Seddeq didn't even have to move. 12 minutes into the match, Gibeil's Moataz Abu Al Dahab sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ashraf Seddeq narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Moataz Abu Al Dahab managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gibeil's supporters rose to their feet, but Moataz Abu Al Dahab was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ashraf Seddeq breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute, Haitham Abaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Mallauri's goal looked a bit too open when Moataz Abu Al Dahab came free, but Ashraf Seddeq reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ashraf Seddeq took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moataz Abu Al Dahab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mallauri's Ashraf Seddeq played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moataz Abu Al Dahab in the 37th minute of play. Abdel Haleem Abu Al Dahab made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Barakat Hakeem sent off a good shot on target. Moataz Abu Al Dahab might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ashraf Seddeq. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moataz Abu Al Dahab ran back to his position shaking his head. Ashraf Seddeq made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moataz Abu Al Dahab in the 41st minute of play. Gibeil's Abdel Haleem Abu Al Dahab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barakat Hakeem in the 44th minute of play. Bahy Mahmoud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Abdel Haleem Abu Al Dahab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Moataz Abu Al Dahab in the 53rd minute of play forced Mallauri's goalkeeper Ashraf Seddeq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fayez Hashem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mostafa Hisham hit a great ball. Bahy Mahmoud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moataz Abu Al Dahab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 played minutes Mallauri got a freekick which was hit by Saleh Deyaa. If Moataz Abu Al Dahab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fayez Hashem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Ashraf Seddeq made a huge save. After some careless play in the Mallauri defense, Fayez Hashem kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ashraf Seddeq. The Mallauri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ashraf Seddeq should have stopped the shot. Haitham Abaza kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fayez Hashem got free with Ashraf Seddeq in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Gibeil players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Mallauri from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
