Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dawamah's Fareed Qasem started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakeem Ali in the 8th minute of play forced Barqin's goalkeeper Ayoub Seif to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fareed Qasem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ayoub Seif having to make a save. Ayoub Seif took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hakeem Ali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hosny Hazems short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Naguib Salem to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 22 minutes into the game, Essam Nizar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dawamah's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barqin the free kick. In the 22nd minute, Essam Nizar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dawamah's Naguib Salem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Dawamah from getting a goal against them. With his leg Naguib Salem managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Barqin's Hosny Hazem fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Abdel Haleem Desouqy fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barqin's protests and gave Abdel Haleem Desouqy a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, Abdel Haleem Desouqy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hakeem Ali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayoub Seif having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Barqin's goal looked a bit too open when Hakeem Ali came free, but Ayoub Seif reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Sameeh Walid made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Sameeh Walid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barqin's supporters rose to their feet, but Sameeh Walid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naguib Salem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Barqin were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Dawamah's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ayman Abbas took the corner. After taking down the ball on Barqin's corner Ayman Abbas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Naguib Salem quite easily take care of the ball. Sameeh Walid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ayoub Seif took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fareed Qasem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fareed Qasem came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Dawamah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fareed Qasem couldn't finish the play. Fareed Qasem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Naguib Salem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hosny Hazem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sameeh Walid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Barqin getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Saleh Shawky hit a great ball. Akram El-Sayed's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ayoub Seif read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Fareed Qasem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Ayoub Seif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ayoub Seif was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Fareed Qasem capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fareed Qasem really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hosny Hazem in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naguib Salem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dawamah had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
