An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammed Ziyad in the 55th minute of play forced Siliyin's goalkeeper Gaafar Hazem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rabie Alaa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gaafar Hazem. Siliyin's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Siliyin's Gaafar Hazem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sallam Badr in the 63rd minute of play. Gaafar Hazem came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Qastal's Sallam Badr. But to his dismay, Sallam Badr quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Siliyin's Farouk Fahmy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Yousry El-Husany. That made the score 2-2 after 68 minutes of play. Mohammed Ziyad took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaafar Hazem. Gaafar Hazem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Yousry El-Husany showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdel Monsef Ramzy, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Qastal's Sallam Badr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaafar Hazem narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
