Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sobhy Ameer started the match with the kick off. Sobhy Ameers short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Akram Moamen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nayef Sameeh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mortada Rateb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sobhy Ameer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akram Moamen having to interfere. If Saleh Zaky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, one of Neshart:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Neshart. The goalkeeper, Akram Moamen, was totally fooled by Kalyub's Adel Mostafa, who 23 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Mortada Rateb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Akram Moamen made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Saleh Zaky sent off a good shot on target. Nayef Sameeh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mortada Rateb in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mortada Rateb in the 35th minute of play forced Kalyub's goalkeeper Nayef Sameeh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalyub's Nayef Sameeh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taher El-Domani in the 36th minute of play. When Mortada Rateb came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Neshart fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mortada Rateb couldn't finish the play. Nayef Sameeh came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Neshart's Taher El-Domani. But to his dismay, Taher El-Domani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Saleh Zaky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Akram Moamen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Sobhy Ameer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalyub's supporters rose to their feet, but Sobhy Ameer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akram Moamen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rdth minute of the game Sobhy Ameer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Neshart's Akram Moamen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Neshart's Taher El-Domani got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Kalyub's goal looked a bit too open when Taher El-Domani came free, but Nayef Sameeh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Neshart's goal looked a bit too open when Saleh Zaky came free, but Akram Moamen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute Sobhy Ameer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akram Moamen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Taher El-Domani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nayef Sameeh having to interfere. Mortada Rateb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Nayef Sameeh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mortada Rateb got free with Nayef Sameeh in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Saleh Zaky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saleh Zaky in the 83rd minute of play forced Neshart's goalkeeper Akram Moamen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saleh Zaky in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akram Moamen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Taher El-Domani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taher El-Domani in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nayef Sameeh saved Kalyub from getting behind. Mortada Rateb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Neshart had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
