Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mazen Barakat took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ghanem Essam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naguib Fathy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Magdy Ayman notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Suhag's Ghanem Essam. Ghanem Essam was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Samhud's Galal Ibrahim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramzy Hossam in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magdy Ayman in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ghanem Essam prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Suhag's Ramzy Hossam got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Magdy Ayman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Suhag's Ghanem Essam was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Nedal Hosny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suhag's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nedal Hosny was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute, Naguib Fathy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mazen Barakat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 42 minutes of play, Samhud's Samer Sameeh made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ghanem Essam was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Suhag players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Samhud were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Naguib Fathy made the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes, Nabil Nasir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Samhud and the Suhag players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Samhud's Nabil Nasir got a free kick in the 56th minute. Magdy Ayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ghanem Essam made an important save on a dangerous shot by Magdy Ayman in the 62nd minute. After having played for 64 minutes, Mazen Barakat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suhag's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mazen Barakat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samhud's Galal Ibrahim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mazen Barakat in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Suhag's Nedal Hosny nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Galal Ibrahim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 72 minutes into the match, Samhud's Naguib Fathy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ghanem Essam narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Suhag's goalkeeper Ghanem Essam had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Magdy Ayman. 84 minutes into the match, Samhud's Naguib Fathy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ghanem Essam narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Mazen Barakat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suhag's supporters rose to their feet, but Mazen Barakat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Galal Ibrahim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 91 played minutes Suhag got a freekick which was hit by Osama Bakr. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Samhud walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
