Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sallam Nader took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lateef Omar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali El-Saeed was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Sallam Nader capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sallam Nader really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Sirwihayt's Ali El-Saeed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sallam Nader in the 10th minute of play. Sallam Nader recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 15 minutes, Mazhar Kamouna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sirwihayt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mazhar Kamouna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mazhar Kamouna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Zaky Khalil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Diyast booed when Sirwihayt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marwan Mahdy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sameeh Deyab's late challenge caught a Sirwihayt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sameeh Deyab helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sirwihayt booed when Diyast was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sameeh Deyab didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Sallam Nader shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali El-Saeed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lateef Omar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Ali El-Saeed made a huge save. Sallam Nader received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ali El-Saeed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34thth minute of the game Lateef Omar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sirwihayt's Ali El-Saeed was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Lateef Omar came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Diyast fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lateef Omar couldn't finish the play. Zaky Khalil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mazhar Kamouna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Lateef Omar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diyast's supporters rose to their feet, but Lateef Omar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali El-Saeed breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Sirwihayt's zone, Sallam Nader stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali El-Saeed came out of the goal and Sallam Nader tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
53 minutes into the match, Sirwihayt's goal looked a bit too open when Sallam Nader came free, but Ali El-Saeed reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali El-Saeed showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lateef Omar, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Mazhar Kamouna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zaky Khalil came out and tried to block the shot, but Mazhar Kamouna slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 58th minute. Zaky Khalil made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Mahdy Zaky sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Diyast's Kordy Yasser got a free kick in the 65th minute. Mahdy Zaky had several of the Diyast's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 70 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Zaky Khalil as he didn't even see the shot coming. 79 minutes into the game, Mahdy Zaky cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Zaky Khalil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 87 minutes into the match, Diyast's Lateef Omar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ali El-Saeed narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mazhar Kamouna in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zaky Khalil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute Mazhar Kamouna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zaky Khalil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sirwihayt walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
