In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Baqlulah's goalkeeper Hosny Othman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute Nedal Shady shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Deyab Ameen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fahmy Mortada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Hosny Othman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdel Haleem Amr during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Rihana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdel Haleem Amr to maneuver through the defense. Medhat El-Sayed was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Burhan Refaat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Deyab Ameen was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. If Samir Hamza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Nedal Shady ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Deyab Ameen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fahmy Mortada made a kick off. If Fahmy Mortada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rihana's goalkeeper Deyab Ameen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 57th match minute, Rihana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Badr Aino to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Burhan Refaat could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Deyab Ameen however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Rihana getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Gaafar Aino hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the game, Baqlulah's Burhan Refaat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Deyab Ameen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Fahmy Mortada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Burhan Refaat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute Nedal Shady shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Deyab Ameen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Burhan Refaat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baqlulah's supporters rose to their feet, but Burhan Refaat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Deyab Ameen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hosny Othman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fahmy Mortada in the 84th minute of the match. When Nedal Shady came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Baqlulah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nedal Shady couldn't finish the play. Hosny Othman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fahmy Mortada in the 96th minute of the match. The Baqlulah players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
