Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aaser Ezz took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Besheer Haitham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shiba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Besheer Haitham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salah el din Maged received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Othman Khalil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Othman Khalil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adel Abaza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shaker Gaafar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Essam Ismail tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salah el din Maged recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Essam Ismail took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaser Ezz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 minutes, Abdel Hameed Maher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Shiba and the Bata players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bata booed when Shiba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdel Hameed Maher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shiba's Essam Ismail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaser Ezz in the 23rd minute of play. Mowafak Ameen charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mowafak Ameen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Bata's zone, Salah el din Maged stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Othman Khalil came out of the goal and Salah el din Maged tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aaser Ezz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Essam Ismail tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Shiba got a freekick which was hit by Besheer Haitham. Waheed Taher kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Othman Khalil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adel Abaza, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Othman Khalil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adel Abaza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Aaser Ezz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Shiba getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Abdel Hameed Maher hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Adel Abaza fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Essam Ismail showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaser Ezz in the 62nd minute of the match. Shaker Gaafar scored 1-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Essam Ismail, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Salah el din Maged sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adel Mazen kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaser Ezz in the 77th minute of play forced Shiba's goalkeeper Essam Ismail to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bata's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Adel Abaza scored to the left of an out of position Othman Khalil, making the score, 1-1. In the 85th match minute, Shiba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waheed Taher to maneuver through the defense. Gaser Aaser took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Essam Ismail. Shiba's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Salah el din Maged received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Othman Khalil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shiba's Essam Ismail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shaker Gaafar in the 98th minute of play. Shiba were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Bata to leave the ground with a draw.
