Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Salem Shehta started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Qasem Aemara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramzy Hany took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sameh Hassan. Suez's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Suez's Bahaa Kamal got a free kick in the 9th minute. After having played for 10 minutes, Salem Shehta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abbasah's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salem Shehta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, Sameeh Kareem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salem Shehta in the 15th minute of play forced Suez's goalkeeper Sameh Hassan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdel Wahab Fayez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atef Maher, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The attack was good, but when Abdel Monsef Moataz in the 22nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Abdel Wahab Fayez was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Bahaa Kamal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bahaa Kamal really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ramzy Hany kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Suez's Atef Maher sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdel Wahab Fayez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute Sameeh Kareem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sameh Hassan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hosny Maged hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Sameeh Kareem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Suez's Sameh Hassan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sameeh Kareem in the 48th minute of play.

After a rather tough play, Suez's Bahaa Kamal got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Sameh Hassan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 53rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Abdel Wahab Fayez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atef Maher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 59 minutes, Abdel Monsef Moataz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdel Monsef Moataz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Abbasah's goal looked a bit too open when Abdel Monsef Moataz came free, but Abdel Wahab Fayez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Abbasah getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Fares Gaafar hit a great ball. Sameh Hassan came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Abbasah's Sameeh Kareem. But to his dismay, Sameeh Kareem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. With a little luck, Suez's Sameh Hassan got control of the ball when Sameeh Kareem tried to sneak it across the goal line. Salem Shehta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Abbasah walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
