Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abdou Taimour took the kick off in the first half of the match. Khaled Fayez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdel Hameed Sameeh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 5 minutes, Ashraf Rabie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sahbara and the Hallaba players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hallaba booed when Sahbara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ashraf Rabie didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sahbara's zone, Abdel Hameed Sameeh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khaled Fayez came out of the goal and Abdel Hameed Sameeh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khaled Fayez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdel Hameed Sameeh, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. If Abdel Hameed Sameeh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khaled Fayez was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Lateef Kordy capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lateef Kordy really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 24th minute, Lateef Kordy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdel Hameed Sameeh in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khaled Fayez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdel Hameed Sameeh in the 28th minute of play forced Sahbara's goalkeeper Khaled Fayez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lateef Kordy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Khaled Fayez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hallaba booed when Sahbara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ashraf Rabie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lateef Kordy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Khaled Fayez made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Sahbara's zone, Lateef Kordy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khaled Fayez came out of the goal and Lateef Kordy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thabit El-Sayed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abdel Hameed Sameeh to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Abdou Taimour recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adel Kareem. Abdou Taimour showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Adel Kareem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ashraf Rabie in the 63rd minute of play. If Thabit El-Sayed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ashraf Rabie kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 84 played minutes Hallaba got a freekick which was hit by Fikry Seddeq. Thabit El-Sayed could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Adel Kareem made a huge save. Qasem Seif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adel Kareem having to interfere. The Hallaba supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sahbara's performance. The match ended with a win for Sahbara.
