Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tawfeek Hamada took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Tawfeek Hamada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mamdouh Ibrahim was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Hossam Gaafar might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mamdouh Ibrahim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hossam Gaafar ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th minute, Osama El-Ghandour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, Mahdy Maher sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Munahirit's Mourad Sameeh didn't even have to move. Mamdouh Ibrahim came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Munahirit's Osama Ghanem. But to his dismay, Osama Ghanem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 29 minutes, Ramzy Ayoub managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abbig's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramzy Ayoub was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hisham Deyaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Mamdouh Ibrahim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Munahirit were awarded a corner. Osama El-Ghandour went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Munahirit's corner Osama El-Ghandour fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mamdouh Ibrahim quite easily take care of the ball. Hossam Gaafar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Mamdouh Ibrahim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tawfeek Hamada in the 47th minute of play forced Abbig's goalkeeper Mamdouh Ibrahim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hossam Gaafar took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mamdouh Ibrahim. Mamdouh Ibrahim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramzy Ayoub made a kick off. Mourad Sameeh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramzy Ayoub in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tawfeek Hamada in the 60th minute of play forced Abbig's goalkeeper Mamdouh Ibrahim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Munahirit getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Mounir Taha hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the match, Munahirit's goal looked a bit too open when Alaa Samy came free, but Mourad Sameeh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Hossam Gaafar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Munahirit's supporters rose to their feet, but Hossam Gaafar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mamdouh Ibrahim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohammed Khalil during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Abbig booed when Munahirit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mounir Taha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mamdouh Ibrahim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tawfeek Hamada in the 84th minute of the match. Hossam Gaafar took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mamdouh Ibrahim. Mamdouh Ibrahim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 90th minute Ramzy Ayoub shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mourad Sameeh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hossam Gaafar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Mamdouh Ibrahim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, Abbig was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ameer Abu Zeed to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Munahirit booed when Abbig was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hassan Ramzy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mamdouh Ibrahim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tawfeek Hamada, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. Munahirit's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
