Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mowafak Abdel Haleem started the match with the kick off. Mahdy Yousif kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Mowafak Abdel Haleem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sameeh Ali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sidud booed when Matbul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdou Mahdy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yehia Ehab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezzat Darweesh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Matbul booed when Sidud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Essam Mourad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mahdy Abu Mosallam charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mahdy Abu Mosallam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Mowafak Abdel Haleem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sidud's supporters rose to their feet, but Mowafak Abdel Haleem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sameeh Ali breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Nader Abbas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sameeh Ali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamada Adel, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Hamada Adel took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sameeh Ali. Sameeh Ali dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ezzat Darweesh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Yehia Ehab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Matbul's goalkeeper Sameeh Ali, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sameeh Ali made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Hamada Adel sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Matbul booed when Sidud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emam Ramez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matbul's Mohanad Maged couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sidud. If Ezzat Darweesh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Nader Abbas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, Abdou Kordy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 73 in the game by Hamada Adel from a close distance when the talented Sameeh Ali managed to make a qualified save. Matbul's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezzat Darweesh in the 75th minute of play forced Sidud's goalkeeper Yehia Ehab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mowafak Abdel Haleem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nader Abbas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sidud's Mowafak Abdel Haleem got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Mahdy Abu Mosallam was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Sidud's Mahdy Abu Mosallam got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Nader Abbas sped through Sidud's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yehia Ehab. Matbul were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Sidud to leave the ground with a draw.
