FS Kuttejou's Asko Aguraiuja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harri Lippus in the 28th minute of play. FS Kuttejou's Ülo Heinola got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FS Kuttejou's Kaur Kosemaa got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the game, Harri Lippus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Night Knights's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FS Kuttejou the free kick. The supporters of FS Kuttejou booed when Night Knights was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harri Lippus didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaur Kosemaa in the 42nd minute of play forced Night Knights's goalkeeper Hardi Karelson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Reiman kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Harri Lippus was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Juss Niinemets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hardi Karelson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juss Niinemets ran back to his position shaking his head. When Harri Lippus came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Night Knights fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harri Lippus couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the game, one of FS Kuttejou:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FS Kuttejou:s Asko Aguraiuja showed great skill when he stopped Bruno Aavakivi:s penalty. 68 minutes into the game, Bruno Aavakivi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Asko Aguraiuja was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 71 played minutes FS Kuttejou got a freekick which was hit by Aksel Taimre. Kaur Kosemaa hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Asko Aguraiuja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harri Lippus in the 84th minute of the match.
