A collision led to Haabsaare getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Aare Annast hit a great ball. Valdo Ess made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juss Niinemets in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Haabsaare's Tanel Lepik got a free kick in the 30th minute. Haabsaare's Valdo Ess proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Haabsaare from getting a goal against them. Aare Annast received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Asko Aguraiuja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, FS Kuttejou's goal looked a bit too open when Aare Annast came free, but Asko Aguraiuja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ülo Heinola's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Valdo Ess skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Haabsaare's Tanel Lepik got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juss Niinemets to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FS Kuttejou booed when Haabsaare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jürgen Veider didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Haabsaare's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bruno Annuk was slow to take the kick. During this time FS Kuttejou's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to FS Kuttejou's Aksel Taimre getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 58th match minute, Haabsaare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jürgen Veider to maneuver through the defense. After 63 minutes, Juss Niinemets made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Haabsaare's Valdo Ess tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute, Ülo Heinola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ülo Heinola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute, Jürgen Veider hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valdo Ess showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ülo Heinola in the 92nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Aare Annast managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haabsaare's supporters rose to their feet, but Aare Annast was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asko Aguraiuja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Haabsaare players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FS Kuttejou.
