In the 7th minute, one of SK Maeru:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SK Maeru. In the 16th minute, Kalju Mahlaoks made a precise shot to the right of Riho Lille. SK Maeru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. With a little luck, SK Maeru's Riho Lille got control of the ball when Ander Halliste tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kalju Mahlaoks could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Riho Lille made a huge save. Pajaka's Janari Liik got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Pajaka's Kalju Mahlaoks nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Riho Lille made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The audience was convinced that Janari Liik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Riho Lille was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Pajaka's Janari Liik in the 34th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Riho Lille was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for SK Maeru through an amazing save. In the 46th minute Evald Suslik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mati Unt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evald Suslik was the one to do the kick off. Janari Liik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the match, Kalju Mahlaoks notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of SK Maeru's Riho Lille. Riho Lille was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 69 played minutes SK Maeru got a freekick which was hit by Mait Undrits. After some careless play in the SK Maeru defense, Kalju Mahlaoks kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Riho Lille. The SK Maeru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Riho Lille should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Pajaka's Mati Unt got control of the ball when Evald Suslik tried to sneak it across the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Ander Halliste was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pajaka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Maeru the free kick. After 75 played minutes Pajaka got a freekick which was hit by Ander Halliste. Evald Suslik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Riho Lille took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kalju Mahlaoks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Janari Liik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pajaka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. If Janari Liik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kalju Mahlaoks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SK Maeru's Riho Lille played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janari Liik in the 90th minute of play. Janari Liik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Riho Lille tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Janari Liik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Riho Lille. SK Maeru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Janari Liik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0.
