After 12 minutes of play, Tumpsi's Ago Võsandi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andres Asuja was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Tumpsi's Ago Võsandi in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Ago Võsandi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andres Asuja was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 44th match minute, Tumpsi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Karbo to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute of the match JK Paaduotsa got a corner. Tumpsi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rainer Rodin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Rene Kaldur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes in the game, Ago Võsandi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Andres Asuja having to interfere. Joonas Einla kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Ago Võsandi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tumpsi's Heiki Võrk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Markko Hani in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Rene Kaldur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Heiki Võrk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Heiki Võrk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Kaldur, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Heiki Võrk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anti Vetik in the 77th minute of the match. Joonas Einla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Asuja having to interfere. Heiki Võrk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anti Vetik in the 83rd minute of play. Andres Asuja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joonas Einla in the 87th minute. Joonas Einla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Asuja having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marek Noorsalu during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to JK Paaduotsa getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Marek Noorsalu hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in JK Paaduotsa's zone, Joonas Einla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Asuja came out of the goal and Joonas Einla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tumpsi were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing JK Paaduotsa to leave the ground with a draw.
