The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ülo Liiva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anti Vetik's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 10th match minute, JK ValgeHaigla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Margus Viljat to maneuver through the defense. JK Paaduotsa were furious when Franz Leo was red carded, 13 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of JK Paaduotsa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of JK ValgeHaigla:s goal. Villu Rammul walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Einar Karai hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, JK Paaduotsa's Markko Hani got a free kick in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in JK Paaduotsa's zone, Indrek Paadam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Asuja came out of the goal and Indrek Paadam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute, Gustav Edesi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Märt Berendsen during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, JK Paaduotsa's Märt Berendsen got a free kick in the 28th minute. Rene Kaldur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of JK ValgeHaigla booed when JK Paaduotsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Märt Berendsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, JK Paaduotsa's goalkeeper Andres Asuja had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Indrek Paadam. Gustav Edesi might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres Asuja. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustav Edesi ran back to his position shaking his head. Indrek Paadam hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. With a little luck, JK Paaduotsa's Andres Asuja got control of the ball when Indrek Paadam tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

An unexpected shot in the 51st minute by Rene Kaldur got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 52 played minutes JK ValgeHaigla got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Oll. Rene Kaldur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Ülo Liiva made a huge save. When Gustav Edesi came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the JK ValgeHaigla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustav Edesi couldn't finish the play. After 57 played minutes JK Paaduotsa got a freekick which was hit by Einar Karai. Indrek Paadam struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Andres Asuja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JK ValgeHaigla. 69 minutes into the match, JK Paaduotsa's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Edesi came free, but Andres Asuja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Indrek Paadam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Gustav Edesi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andres Asuja was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Andres Asuja didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustav Edesi went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Indrek Paadam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Andres Asuja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Edesi in the 86th minute of play forced JK Paaduotsa's goalkeeper Andres Asuja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. JK Paaduotsa's Andres Asuja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustav Edesi in the 89th minute of play. JK ValgeHaigla's Ülo Liiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save JK ValgeHaigla from getting a goal against them. JK ValgeHaigla walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
