In the 5th match minute, FC Viljandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aron Nuiaots to maneuver through the defense. Marciano Jakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Sooaluse defense, Leo Vooremäe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Peedu Valinu. The Sooaluse fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peedu Valinu should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Vooremäe in the 21st minute of play forced Sooaluse's goalkeeper Peedu Valinu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Margus Lepikult showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Puuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Johannes Nordin hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The supporters of Sooaluse booed when FC Viljandi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Nuiaots didn't get a good kick on the ball. Margus Lepikult made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İdris Sayraç in the 32nd minute of play. Ustav Ande hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, İdris Sayraç ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Margus Lepikult was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Viljandi! Margus Lepikult didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from İdris Sayraç went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The FC Viljandi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sooaluse were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when İdris Sayraç made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Marciano Jakes made a precise shot to the right of Margus Lepikult. FC Viljandi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. When Peep Auväärt fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Viljandi's protests and gave Peep Auväärt a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Viljandi booed when Sooaluse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Leks didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Teobald Rojewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. İdris Sayraç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Margus Lepikult tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Sooaluse's Marciano Jakes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Margus Lepikult narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Sooaluse's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Nordin came free, but Peedu Valinu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 played minutes, FC Viljandi's Aron Nuiaots shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Peedu Valinu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Viljandi reached it. Peedu Valinu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes Nordin, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Peedu Valinu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Vooremäe in the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, FC Viljandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peep Auväärt to maneuver through the defense.
