Roomet Kaart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olev Traks, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 12th minute Margus Aus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roomet Kaart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, FC Palupera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Vägi to maneuver through the defense. Rasmus Sau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joosep Voltri in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiur Onkel to maneuver through the defense. Arsenal's Rasmus Sau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal from getting a goal against them. After having played for 40 minutes, Margus Aus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Margus Aus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olev Traks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roomet Kaart having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joosep Voltri to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Joosep Voltri managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Palupera's supporters rose to their feet, but Joosep Voltri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rasmus Sau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Magnus Salumäe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Magnus Salumäe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Rasmus Sau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rasmus Sau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joosep Voltri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Olev Traks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roomet Kaart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ragnar Eelrand fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal's protests and gave Ragnar Eelrand a yellow card for diving instead. Ragnar Eelrand kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harald Uudekülg to maneuver through the defense. When Joosep Voltri came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the FC Palupera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joosep Voltri couldn't finish the play. Rasmus Sau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joosep Voltri in the 72nd minute of play. Rasmus Sau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magnus Salumäe in the 77th minute of the match. Joosep Voltri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rasmus Sau having to make a save. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Arsenal's goalkeeper Rasmus Sau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Magnus Salumäe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rasmus Sau. Arsenal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Magnus Salumäe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Arsenal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Palupera.
