After a defensive mix-up in Haandi's zone, Viljar Heinla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joosep Vanatoa came out of the goal and Viljar Heinla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Haandi booed when Saunametsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viljar Heinla didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emil Helemäe during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emil Helemäe kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match Jaanek Vasmann sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aare Inno skillfully saved the ball. In the 19th minute, Luís Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Haandi's Joosep Vanatoa got control of the ball when Luís Moreno tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 24 played minutes Saunametsa got a freekick which was hit by Juhan Edasi. When Luís Moreno got free in front of the goal in the 28th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Joosep Vanatoa was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 30 played minutes Saunametsa got a freekick which was hit by Emil Helemäe. Karl Ruut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saunametsa's Aare Inno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvin Märjamaa in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Saunametsa's Kristofer Lipmeister got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Alvin Märjamaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aare Inno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saunametsa's Aare Inno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Ruut in the 38th minute of play. Alvin Märjamaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Aare Inno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl Ruut stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luís Moreno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joosep Vanatoa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd match minute, Haandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Trepp to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Rein Lauka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Juhan Edasi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silver Lints hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Moreno in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joosep Vanatoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aare Inno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Ruut in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvin Märjamaa got free with Aare Inno in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aksel Kalvik during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 77 played minutes Haandi got a freekick which was hit by Aksel Kalvik. Kristofer Lipmeister kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute of the match, Andri Lukk got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aare Inno was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aare Inno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Trepp in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Ruut in the 83rd minute of play forced Saunametsa's goalkeeper Aare Inno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaanek Vasmann fired a direct hit when he kicked 0-2 on penalty. 96 minutes into the match, Karl Ruut dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aare Inno, 0-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Haandi walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
