The referee showed Rauno Kääramees the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rauno Kääramees kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Hando Vaha sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Varudi's Mehis Hell didn't even have to move. Aare Nurme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimond Säga in the 7th minute of play. After having played for 8 minutes, Aigar Mahlaoks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kakhtla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aigar Mahlaoks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rudolf Kevade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehis Hell having to interfere. Mikk Kulu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehis Hell having to make a save. Mehis Hell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikk Kulu went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute, Mikk Kulu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mehis Hell, passed just outside the right post. With his leg Mehis Hell managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Kakhtla's Rudolf Kevade fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mehis Hell stood somewhat misplaced when Rudolf Kevade came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 28 minute. In the 30th match minute, Varudi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiur Nõmmoja to maneuver through the defense. In the 31stth minute of the game Rudolf Kevade who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Varudi's Mehis Hell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kakhtla's Olle Einasto got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Olle Einasto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudolf Kevade who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Mehis Hell when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Kakhtla booed when Varudi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kiur Nõmmoja didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Priidu Lõhmus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Varudi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Priidu Lõhmus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 played minutes Kakhtla got a freekick which was hit by Olle Einasto. After 46 minutes of play, Varudi's Raimond Säga made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aare Nurme was left in no man's land by his defense there!
Kakhtla's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Raimond Säga 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. In the 56th minute Rudolf Kevade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehis Hell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikk Kulu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Mehis Hell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Rudolf Kevade put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mehis Hell. Kakhtla's Aare Nurme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Kakhtla from getting a goal against them. Aare Nurme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvin Udu in the 66th minute of play. Mehis Hell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikk Kulu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Mikk Kulu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mehis Hell. Varudi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mikk Kulu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Aare Nurme made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Kiur Nõmmoja sent off a good shot on target. Mikk Kulu struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Mehis Hell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kakhtla. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Kevade in the 79th minute of play forced Varudi's goalkeeper Mehis Hell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Erik Taaber in the 82nd minute really tested Aare Nurme's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The Kakhtla fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Kakhtla's Rudolf Kevade looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Aigar Mahlaoks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kakhtla had played much better football throughout.
