Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Holger Talviste took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Lauli defense, Taavi Kalda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marek Kruusimaa. The Lauli fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marek Kruusimaa should have stopped the shot. 10 minutes into the game, Marko Nõmmsalu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Volli Keskrand. Marko Nõmmsalu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Jüri Heinloo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Kruusimaa having to interfere. After 15 minutes of play, Liikva's Sepo Oks made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marek Kruusimaa was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Lauli getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Leo Vides hit a great ball. Volli Keskrand was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tom Ahju. 27 minutes into the game, Liikva's Jüri Heinloo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marek Kruusimaa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Marek Kruusimaa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jüri Heinloo went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the game, Mati Ots was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liikva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lauli the free kick. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Liikva! Tom Ahju shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Hugo Kaasma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Lauli's goal looked a bit too open when Sepo Oks came free, but Marek Kruusimaa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sepo Oks stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Leo Vides fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lauli's protests and gave Leo Vides a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, Leo Vides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Holger Talviste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Volli Keskrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Talviste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute of the match, Jüri Heinloo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marek Kruusimaa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sulev Lints hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute Holger Talviste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volli Keskrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marek Kruusimaa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sepo Oks in the 81st minute of the match. Lauli's Marek Kruusimaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sepo Oks in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute Sulev Lints shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Kruusimaa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Lauli's Marek Kruusimaa got control of the ball when Jüri Heinloo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marek Kruusimaa made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Hugo Kaasma sent off a good shot on target. Sulev Lints could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Marek Kruusimaa made a huge save. With a little luck, Lauli's Marek Kruusimaa got control of the ball when Jüri Heinloo tried to sneak it across the goal line.
