An unexpectedly hard shot by Innar Mustkivi in the 4th minute of play forced Nitsiku's goalkeeper Allar Õng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oodo Algaja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Risto Ansip in the 10th minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC Rehemaa's Allar Õng threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Innar Mustkivi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Heldur Randmaa hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Innar Mustkivi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 21 minutes into the match, Kuldar Sale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Allar Õng. Nitsiku's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kuldar Sale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A collision led to Nitsiku getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Kalmer Maandi hit a great ball. Risto Ansip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Oodo Algaja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kuldar Sale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Innar Mustkivi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Nitsiku's goal looked a bit too open when Innar Mustkivi came free, but Allar Õng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Risto Ansip stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Risto Ansip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oodo Algaja having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Innar Mustkivi made a precise shot to the right of Allar Õng. Nitsiku's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The FC Rehemaa fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when FC Rehemaa's Kuldar Sale looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Heldur Randmaa hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kuldar Sale in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Allar Õng saved Nitsiku from getting behind. Allar Õng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuldar Sale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute Georg Arman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allar Õng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Innar Mustkivi came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the FC Rehemaa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Innar Mustkivi couldn't finish the play. In the 97th minute, Innar Mustkivi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Rehemaa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Rehemaa had played much better football throughout.
