When Riho Lahe came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the FC Suska fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Riho Lahe couldn't finish the play. Riho Lahe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Riho Lahe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taavet Alasoo having to interfere. After having played for 15 minutes, Lennart Veskimägi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Suska's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lennart Veskimägi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Lennart Veskimägi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kadrina's zone, Riho Lahe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taavet Alasoo came out of the goal and Riho Lahe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Riho Lahe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Riho Lahe in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Taavet Alasoo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Lennart Veskimägi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the game, Lennart Veskimägi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Taavet Alasoo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bert Vaik in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Taimo Arman saved FC Suska from getting behind. Taavet Alasoo stood somewhat misplaced when Lennart Veskimägi came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 38 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ain Hallast in the 43rd minute of play forced FC Suska's goalkeeper Taimo Arman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Taimo Arman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Margus Aabloo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lennart Veskimägi was the one to do the kick off. Riho Lahe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Taavet Alasoo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Riho Lahe in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riho Lahe in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Kadrina's goalkeeper Taavet Alasoo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Riho Lahe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Suska's Aare Liib got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riho Lahe in the 90th minute of play forced FC Kadrina's goalkeeper Taavet Alasoo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
