Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) JK Kotkas's Mattias Uss started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mattias Uss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Marko Nuga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mattias Uss scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marko Nuga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14thth minute of the game Eugen Tilea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JK Kotkas's Marti Sõel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Einar Usk hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Taavi Talumets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Endel Vaarikas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in JK Kotkas's zone, Taavi Talumets stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marti Sõel came out of the goal and Taavi Talumets tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marko Nuga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Uss, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Meremoisa FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! 38 minutes into the game, Endel Vaarikas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marti Sõel. Endel Vaarikas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Eugen Tilea made the kick off in the second half. Eugen Tilea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tarmo Ragel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tarmo Ragel scored 2-3 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marko Nuga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marko Nuga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Uss in the 78th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Mattias Uss kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marko Nuga. That made the score 2-4 in the 79 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in JK Kotkas's zone, Taavi Talumets stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marti Sõel came out of the goal and Taavi Talumets tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pavel Villem's late challenge caught a Meremoisa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pavel Villem helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th match minute, JK Kotkas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Villem to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, Meremoisa FC's Eugen Tilea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marti Sõel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eugen Tilea struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Marti Sõel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meremoisa FC.
