An unexpectedly hard shot by Elar Lipp in the 5th minute of play forced Joune FC's goalkeeper Bruno Põhjala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute of the match, Timo Kulu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bruno Põhjala was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Ago Pajuste fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Joune FC's protests and gave Ago Pajuste a yellow card for diving instead. Ago Pajuste kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Joune FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Andri Köök hit a great ball. Rasmus Aasamaa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 13 minutes into the match. Rasmus Aasamaa kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Valter Lausmäe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joune FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, FC Kõpu Dynamo's Elar Lipp got a free kick in the 21st minute. Tambet Põlluste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannes Sepik in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to FC Kõpu Dynamo getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Stanislav Angelov hit a great ball. After 28 played minutes FC Kõpu Dynamo got a freekick which was hit by Elar Lipp. Elar Lipp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joune FC's Ago Pajuste suffered a concussion after 45 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Väino Allikas during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Kõpu Dynamo getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Väino Allikas hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hannes Sepik to strike the kick off in the second half. Bruno Põhjala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timo Kulu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hannes Sepik hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. When Villem Villemsaar fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Joune FC's protests and gave Villem Villemsaar a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Joune FC got a freekick which was hit by Villem Villemsaar. Timo Kulu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Põhjala having to interfere. The supporters of Joune FC booed when FC Kõpu Dynamo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arto Võsandi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Timo Kulu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timo Kulu struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Bruno Põhjala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kõpu Dynamo. 96 minutes into the match, Joune FC's goal looked a bit too open when Timo Kulu came free, but Bruno Põhjala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
