In the 21st minute, Alan Urbalu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oliver Võsu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Mario Laev made a huge save. In the 24th minute Gustav Alango shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Laev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Paunkyula getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Silver Mäekala hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Kaugatuma:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Paunkyula:s goal. Mario Laev had in the 67thth minute some difficulties stopping Alari Raal's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kaugatuma's zone, Oliver Võsu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Laev came out of the goal and Oliver Võsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Oliver Võsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Laev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Võsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Gustav Alango managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paunkyula's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustav Alango was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Laev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Kaugatuma's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Võsu came free, but Mario Laev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oliver Võsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Laev having to interfere. When Björn Karindi fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kaugatuma's protests and gave Björn Karindi a yellow card for diving instead. Björn Karindi hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 99 minutes into the match, Paunkyula's goal looked a bit too open when Hardi Erikson came free, but Elmu Saia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paunkyula walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
