Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tom Naaskel kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Pikaristi booed when AS MILAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarmo Lätti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jass Rihma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janari Liiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ülo Adamson's late challenge caught a Pikaristi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ülo Adamson helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes AS MILAN got a freekick which was hit by Ülo Adamson. Tom Naaskel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the last second Kalju Ots throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tom Naaskel in the 13thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 16th minute Heiko Hirv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jass Rihma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tom Naaskel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalju Ots having to interfere. Kalju Ots made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karmo Erik in the 26th minute. Janari Liiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jass Rihma having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in AS MILAN's zone, Tom Naaskel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kalju Ots came out of the goal and Tom Naaskel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Karmo Erik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pikaristi's supporters rose to their feet, but Karmo Erik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kalju Ots breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janari Liiva in the 39th minute of play forced Pikaristi's goalkeeper Jass Rihma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Heiko Hirv made the kick off in the second half. Kalju Ots showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Naaskel, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Jass Rihma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heiko Hirv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Heiko Hirv reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jass Rihma. The goal made the score 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karmo Erik in the 69th minute of play forced AS MILAN's goalkeeper Kalju Ots to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Pikaristi getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Marko Lumi hit a great ball. Janari Liiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 played minutes Pikaristi got a freekick which was hit by Vambola Mõniste. Jass Rihma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heiko Hirv in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, AS MILAN's Tarmo Lätti got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Pikaristi's Tom Naaskel got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tom Naaskel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kalju Ots read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. When Tom Naaskel came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Pikaristi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Naaskel couldn't finish the play. Tarmo Lätti got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Pikaristi booed when AS MILAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarmo Lätti didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched AS MILAN eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
