With a little luck, Pelé Soccer Academy's Martin Talumets got control of the ball when Ats Pihl tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Ats Pihl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lyuganuse FS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ats Pihl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Talumets breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Uudo Lauter charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Uudo Lauter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Uudo Lauter hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Eldur Alviste struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Volli Vesi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pelé Soccer Academy. After 31 played minutes Lyuganuse FS got a freekick which was hit by Kaupo Raidur. Volli Vesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lembitu Aasamaa in the 33rd minute of play. Pelé Soccer Academy's Martin Talumets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Kaalikas in the 35th minute of play. Oskar Virks charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oskar Virks the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Oskar Virks hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Lyuganuse FS's Uudo Lauter suffered a concussion after 47 minutes and had to leave the field. After 47 minutes, Peep Loik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pelé Soccer Academy and the Lyuganuse FS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ats Pihl was the one to do the kick off. Pelé Soccer Academy's Martin Talumets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ats Pihl in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Lembitu Aasamaa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pelé Soccer Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Lembitu Aasamaa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Volli Vesi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, Ats Pihl notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Pelé Soccer Academy's Martin Talumets. Martin Talumets was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eldur Alviste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Volli Vesi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eldur Alviste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudolf Kaalikas hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. When Pelé Soccer Academy's Lembitu Aasamaa in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lyuganuse FS's goalie prevented a goal. Lyuganuse FS's Volli Vesi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Lyuganuse FS from getting a goal against them. Rudolf Kaalikas hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Eldur Alviste was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Pelé Soccer Academy were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Lyuganuse FS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Timo Äike took the corner. Pelé Soccer Academy's Eldur Alviste got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lyuganuse FS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
