After a rather tough play, FS Maykse's Uudo Ruusamäe got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Adolf Kadastu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Ansip having to interfere. Hardo Lehismets kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Jan Ansip showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Vollmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Tõnis Johannson got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 18 minutes into the match. A collision led to FS Maykse getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Evald Vahtre hit a great ball. When Gustav Vollmer came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Paunkyula fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustav Vollmer couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute of the match Tambet Raha sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan Ansip skillfully saved the ball. If Adolf Kadastu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustav Vollmer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jan Ansip tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Ansip showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Vollmer in the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Veiko Honga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egon Hendla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Raido Väester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eedi Nõgel to strike the kick off in the second half. Alo Leo thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Raido Väester, a very annoying self made goal in the 52nd minute which led to 2-0. In the 56th minute Gustav Vollmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Ansip saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Paunkyula was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvald Hanson to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FS Maykse booed when Paunkyula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Rammu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, FS Maykse's Hardo Lehismets broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Eedi Nõgel came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the FS Maykse fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eedi Nõgel couldn't finish the play. Jan Ansip showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Vollmer in the 68th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Adolf Kadastu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Ansip saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paunkyula's Raido Väester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egon Hendla in the 72nd minute of play. FS Maykse's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Gustav Vollmer scored to the left of an out of position Jan Ansip, making the score, 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolf Kadastu got free with Jan Ansip in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raido Väester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egon Hendla in the 87th minute of play. Egon Hendla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raido Väester having to interfere. In the 94th minute of the match Paunkyula got a corner. FS Maykse's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mario Näkk ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Paunkyula's corner Mario Näkk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jan Ansip quite easily take care of the ball. Sander Undrits recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FS Maykse's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
