After having played for 19 minutes, Kert Tähismaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC LIVIKO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kert Tähismaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute, FC LIVIKO's Andri Eelmäe seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Andri Eelmäe the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC LIVIKO protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Andri Eelmäe had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 24th match minute, Paljulubavad Pallivõlurid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kunnar Trump to maneuver through the defense. Ahto Imelik took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juhan Taaler. Juhan Taaler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 29th minute, Jan Paukson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC LIVIKO's Mario Koppel got a free kick in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Elmo Ojaste notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC LIVIKO's Juhan Taaler. Juhan Taaler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jan Paukson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mario Koppel hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to FC LIVIKO getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ernst Neemoja hit a great ball. Jan Paukson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Siim Rammul read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Mario Koppel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Siim Rammul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, FC LIVIKO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heiko Haljas to maneuver through the defense. FC LIVIKO made a substitution. Andrus Tilk replaced Jan Paukson. Henrik Kabonen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siim Rammul having to interfere. In the 81st minute Andrus Tilk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siim Rammul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC LIVIKO's Juhan Taaler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jass Heido in the 83rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Delyan Venov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juhan Taaler. That made the score 0-3 in the 84 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delyan Venov in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juhan Taaler saved FC LIVIKO from getting behind. In the 89th minute, Andrus Tilk made a precise shot to the right of Siim Rammul. Paljulubavad Pallivõlurid's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Paljulubavad Pallivõlurid left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC LIVIKO.
