Hugo Kelemen made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Julius Laev sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Alakulaare getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Julius Laev hit a great ball. If Kalmer Laving had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Teet Veedla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 20 minutes, Teet Veedla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Atlanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teet Veedla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Atlanta's Hugo Kelemen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Atlanta from getting a goal against them. Teet Veedla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Argo Laanelepp notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Atlanta's Hugo Kelemen. Hugo Kelemen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Simo Mihklisaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kalmer Laving in the 32nd minute of play. Volli Toom's late challenge caught a FC Atlanta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Volli Toom helped the player get up and apologised. 36 minutes into the match, FC Atlanta's Teet Veedla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simo Mihklisaar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Guido Ait received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hugo Kelemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Argo Laanelepp in the 64th minute of play forced FC Atlanta's goalkeeper Hugo Kelemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simo Mihklisaar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kalmer Laving's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. FC Atlanta's Teet Veedla was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Simo Mihklisaar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Argo Laanelepp during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Alakulaare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Argo Laanelepp to maneuver through the defense. Argo Laanelepp scored 3-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Kelemen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hugo Kelemen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Ait in the 80th minute of the match. Hugo Kelemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Argo Laanelepp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kalmer Laving had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Atlanta's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Alakulaare had won, even though FC Atlanta had held more of the ball.
