Gunnar Uustalu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nõmme FC Kalju. Benth Eirikstoft sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the game, Andreas Noorik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pajupea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nõmme FC Kalju the free kick. In the 15th minute, Andreas Noorik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the game, Robi Laanemaa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erni Onnu. Robi Laanemaa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 24th minute Ago Vilu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erni Onnu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Nõmme FC Kalju's Isac Kilman made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gunnar Uustalu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gunnar Uustalu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benth Eirikstoft in the 36th minute of the match. Nõmme FC Kalju's Benth Eirikstoft got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The crowd rose to their feet as Benth Eirikstoft kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gunnar Uustalu. That made the score 2-2 in the 51 minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Nõmme FC Kalju was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lauri Krae to maneuver through the defense. Isac Kilman was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 65 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Nõmme FC Kalju:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pajupea:s goal. The supporters of Pajupea booed when Nõmme FC Kalju was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lauri Krae didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th match minute, Nõmme FC Kalju was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enar Erik to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ago Vilu in the 80th minute of play forced Nõmme FC Kalju's goalkeeper Erni Onnu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Tauno Leigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Nõmme FC Kalju's Benth Eirikstoft nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gunnar Uustalu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. A well-hit corner resulted in Tauno Leigo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Benth Eirikstoft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Nõmme FC Kalju players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Pajupea from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
