Kaur Kallis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Janis Loide fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rauno Nöps, passed just outside the right post. 16 minutes into the match, Jaarja's goalkeeper Rauno Nöps had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ander Juss. Olav Eessaar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Kaur Aruväli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Janis Loide managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Vareste's supporters rose to their feet, but Janis Loide was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rauno Nöps breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Janis Loide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the game, Jaarja's Kaur Kallis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kaur Aruväli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Olav Eessaar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Janis Loide to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Väino Laaneloog managed to get in a good position for a shot. After a rather tough play, Jaarja's Väino Laaneloog got a free kick in the 56th minute. After recieving a nice pass, FC Vareste's Fridrich Tõnuri tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Ander Juss came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the FC Vareste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ander Juss couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute Janis Loide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rauno Nöps saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FC Vareste's Janis Loide in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jaarja's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Janis Loide sped through Jaarja's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rauno Nöps. Väino Laaneloog kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When Ander Juss came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the FC Vareste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ander Juss couldn't finish the play. Ivo Veiderma charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivo Veiderma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ander Juss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rauno Nöps having to interfere. Väino Laaneloog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Kaur Aruväli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Jaarja players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
