Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Karpla's Raido Mustasaar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Kaupo Vatsel suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Juhan Merioja fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kotikud's protests and gave Juhan Merioja a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th match minute, FC Kotikud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juhan Merioja to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Tarvi Aesma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hando Laht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kris Veeber having to interfere. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karpla's goalkeeper Kris Veeber, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute Hando Laht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kris Veeber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Hando Laht reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kris Veeber. The goal made the score 1-0. Kris Veeber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hando Laht in the 41st minute of play. When Hando Laht came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Kotikud fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hando Laht couldn't finish the play. Heigo Saareleht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kris Veeber having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hando Laht was the one to do the kick off. Heigo Saareleht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kris Veeber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hando Laht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karpla's Kris Veeber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hando Laht in the 63rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Karpla defense, Hando Laht kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kris Veeber. The Karpla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kris Veeber should have stopped the shot. Heigo Saareleht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Kris Veeber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heigo Saareleht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hando Laht in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kris Veeber saved Karpla from getting behind. When FC Kotikud's Hando Laht in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karpla's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raido Mustasaar during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hando Laht took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kris Veeber. Kris Veeber dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 82nd minute, Heigo Saareleht left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kotikud fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Heigo Saareleht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kris Veeber having to interfere. Kris Veeber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hando Laht in the 91st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Hando Laht's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kris Veeber was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The FC Kotikud fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when FC Kotikud's Heigo Saareleht looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. FC Kotikud walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
