If Ahto Vismann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ahto Vismann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Vambola Koba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 12 in the game by Taavi Ütt from a close distance when the talented Tarmo Uusen managed to make a qualified save. FC SaateKotte's players were relieved. 14 minutes into the match, Märjamaa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ahto Vismann came free, but Vambola Koba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th match minute, FC SaateKotte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sepo Väljaste to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taavi Ütt got free with Tarmo Uusen in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, FC SaateKotte's Arnold Võsa got a free kick in the 20th minute. Vambola Koba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahto Vismann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 25 in the game by Taavi Ütt from a close distance when the talented Tarmo Uusen managed to make a qualified save. FC SaateKotte's players were relieved. Ahto Vismann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vambola Koba having to interfere. Ahto Vismann kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Taavi Ütt fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Taavi Ütt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tarmo Uusen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaanus Alusalu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Arnold Võsa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the game, Tõnu Ülavere cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vambola Koba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tõnu Ülavere to strike the kick off in the second half. Taavi Ütt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vambola Koba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tõnu Ülavere in the 58th minute of play. Ilmar Anderson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Vambola Koba made a huge save. Tõnu Ülavere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vambola Koba having to interfere. After having played for 82 minutes, Taavi Ütt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Märjamaa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Taavi Ütt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jaanus Alusalu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaanus Alusalu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tarmo Uusen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Taavi Ütt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Taavi Ütt scored 1-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tarmo Uusen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
