Mairo Kesa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olev Suursaar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vambola Nummert in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, JK Kopli Manufaktuur's Mark Uusmaa got a free kick in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vambola Nummert got free with Olev Suursaar in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arno Veelmaa in the 28th minute of play forced Tekhumardi SK's goalkeeper Mairo Kesa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivo Koidu's late challenge caught a JK Kopli Manufaktuur's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivo Koidu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Ivo Koidu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taniel Ranna in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mairo Kesa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute, Tekhumardi SK's Ennu Reisalu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After having played for 47 minutes, Ennu Reisalu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tekhumardi SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ennu Reisalu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ennu Reisalu to make the kick off. Olev Suursaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ennu Reisalu in the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Vambola Nummert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olev Suursaar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ennu Reisalu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vambola Nummert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th minute, Tekhumardi SK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arno Veelmaa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Olev Suursaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ennu Reisalu in the 78th minute of the match. If Vambola Nummert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ennu Reisalu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Ennu Reisalu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
