The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match Kuldar Ragel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnold Kipper skillfully saved the ball. Imre Laanelepp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Arnold Kipper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aksel Oese had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tauno Remmelgas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peep Ainsoo having to interfere. Taavi Vinter hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute of the match Roomet Enula shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnold Kipper showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Taavi Vinter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Peep Ainsoo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Kulitse booed when JK Pärna Torn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arni Mänd didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Aksel Oese's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnold Kipper was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Erik Vooglaid struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Peep Ainsoo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JK Pärna Torn. When Maarek Rillo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 31 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Arnold Kipper was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 51st match minute, Kulitse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörgen Haluriit to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 52 minutes, Tauno Remmelgas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JK Pärna Torn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tauno Remmelgas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aksel Oese received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Arnold Kipper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peep Ainsoo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tauno Remmelgas in the 63rd minute of the match. Erik Vooglaid's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peep Ainsoo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Aksel Oese shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnold Kipper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aksel Oese had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 82 played minutes Aksel Oese rounded JK Pärna Torn's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Erik Vooglaid struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Peep Ainsoo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JK Pärna Torn. If Erik Vooglaid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. JK Pärna Torn's Tauno Remmelgas got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The JK Pärna Torn supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kulitse's performance. The match ended with a win for Kulitse.
