An unexpected shot in the 17th minute by Agur Ilves got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jörgen Leemet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Harald Vaabel made a huge save. Norman Algaja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 22 minutes, Simo Alango managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JK Sigalind's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simo Alango was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Norman Algaja might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olari Ani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norman Algaja ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute, Simo Alango ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olari Ani was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 30th minute, Jörgen Leemet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 34 played minutes Agur Ilves rounded JK Sigalind's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jörgen Leemet got free with Harald Vaabel in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Agur Ilves came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Sotiygi FS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agur Ilves couldn't finish the play. In the 48th match minute, JK Sigalind was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvar Undrits to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simo Alango to strike the kick off in the second half. If Norman Algaja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harald Vaabel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agur Ilves, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Jörgen Leemet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sotiygi FS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörgen Leemet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eimar Laurits hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Robert Nool received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Harald Vaabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Robert Nool hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norman Algaja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Magnus Läänemets hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. The supporters of JK Sigalind booed when Sotiygi FS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ergo Ragel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norman Algaja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. JK Sigalind's Norman Algaja got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, JK Sigalind's Norman Algaja sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olari Ani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Norman Algaja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olari Ani having to interfere. Simo Alango sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
