After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Evert Alas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reynse FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Evert Alas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harald Vaabel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peedu Pentjärv struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Harald Vaabel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reynse FC. In the 9th minute, Peedu Pentjärv got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 10 minutes into the game, Eimar Laurits was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JK Sigalind's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reynse FC the free kick. In the 11th match minute, JK Sigalind was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eimar Laurits to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 17 minutes, Evert Alas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reynse FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evert Alas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valdur Lilleorg during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to JK Sigalind getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Valdur Lilleorg hit a great ball. Reino Üits sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Imre Valgma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Nooska in the 30th minute of play. If Alan Nooska had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Alan Nooska took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Imre Valgma to make any attempt to save it. Evert Alas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harald Vaabel having to interfere. Roomet Kullamaa kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alan Nooska was the one to do the kick off. Imre Valgma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simo Alango in the 67th minute of the match.
