The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Meelis Suur came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the All Star fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Meelis Suur couldn't finish the play. After having played for 7 minutes, Meelis Suur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. All Star's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meelis Suur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hannes Riiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Leo Kuningas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heino Loide took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Kuningas. Leo Kuningas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Leo Kuningas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hannes Riiga in the 26th minute of the match. When Rein Hint came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the All Star fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rein Hint couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Helger Varendi got free with Toomas Vask in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th match minute, Ponni FS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benno Mänd to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to All Star getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Kardo Nigula hit a great ball. Hannes Riiga charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hannes Riiga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of All Star booed when Ponni FS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannes Riiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rein Hint could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Toomas Vask made a huge save. Meelis Suur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toomas Vask read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 48th minute by Meelis Suur got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. All Star's Rein Hint got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Meelis Suur made the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Rein Hint who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ponni FS's Toomas Vask was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Meelis Suur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Meelis Suur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When All Star's Meelis Suur in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ponni FS's goalie prevented a goal. All Star's Leo Kuningas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannes Riiga in the 69th minute of play. Toomas Vask showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meelis Suur in the 71st minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Edvin Koppel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Although All Star had been in control for most of the match, Ponni FS still came away with the win.
