Torken SK's Jürgen Ahja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Vain in the 3rd minute of play. Jürgen Ahja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaimo Elujõe in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Pantifer's zone, Roomet Ludri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaspar Avaja came out of the goal and Roomet Ludri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Torken SK were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Pantifer's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joosep Kont took the corner. Raigo Äike kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Roomet Ludri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaspar Avaja having to interfere. The supporters of Torken SK booed when Pantifer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taniel Lääne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hardo Laat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaspar Avaja read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. If Hardo Laat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hardo Laat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Kaspar Avaja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Torken SK's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Vain came free, but Jürgen Ahja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Pantifer's Kaimo Elujõe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jürgen Ahja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kaspar Avaja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hardo Laat in the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sven Vain made a kick off. Jürgen Ahja made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Kaimo Elujõe sent off a good shot on target. If Sven Vain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes, Olav Nõmmeots mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pantifer and the Torken SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. 58 minutes into the match, Torken SK's Joosep Kont broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Rene Särg charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rene Särg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Roomet Ludri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torken SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Roomet Ludri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaspar Avaja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Torken SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otto Rebas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
