An unexpectedly hard shot by Markko Aavola in the 38th minute of play forced JK Voiera's goalkeeper Andre Teeäär to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alan Ilvik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in FS Sillamae's zone, Alan Ilvik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erki Arumäe came out of the goal and Alan Ilvik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julius Hennoste kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. If Andres Jallajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Jallajas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andre Teeäär having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Markko Aavola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, JK Voiera's goal looked a bit too open when Markko Aavola came free, but Andre Teeäär reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
