Jüri Blank took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andris Lätte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SK Unakvere's Jüri Blank proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save SK Unakvere from getting a goal against them. Hillar Arus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikk Rannus having to interfere. If Ants Talumets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ants Talumets recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Theodor Ärsis's late challenge caught a Leystu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Theodor Ärsis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Leystu booed when SK Unakvere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theodor Ärsis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes SK Unakvere got a freekick which was hit by Theodor Ärsis. 29 minutes into the game, SK Unakvere's Hillar Arus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mikk Rannus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kaur Kaber in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jüri Blank, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of SK Unakvere booed when Leystu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andris Lätte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kalle Tamm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaur Kaber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jüri Blank having to interfere. Ants Talumets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Mikk Rannus made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Hillar Arus sent off a good shot on target. Kaur Kaber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andre Trolla took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jüri Blank. SK Unakvere's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jüri Blank took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaur Kaber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaur Kaber in the 79th minute of play forced SK Unakvere's goalkeeper Jüri Blank to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ants Talumets received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jüri Blank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hillar Arus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leystu's goalkeeper Mikk Rannus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th match minute, Leystu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Grinfeld to maneuver through the defense. Kalle Tamm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikk Rannus having to interfere. If Kalle Tamm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl Einasto charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl Einasto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Karl Einasto hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
