Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Taisto Alles started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, FC Ilmasoo's goal looked a bit too open when Taisto Alles came free, but Tõnu Tihane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Jallajas hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After having played for 12 minutes, Olle Õmblus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ilmasoo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olle Õmblus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enno Albin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Enno Albin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ken Odar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olle Õmblus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tyurisalu's Ken Odar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olle Õmblus in the 24th minute of play. Meelis Tarand blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tõnu Tihane having to make a save. In the 37th minute, Olle Õmblus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enno Albin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ken Odar having to interfere. A collision led to Tyurisalu getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Kajar Mihklisaar hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olle Õmblus to make the kick off. When Tyurisalu's Kajar Mihklisaar in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Ilmasoo's goalie prevented a goal. Enno Albin scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ken Odar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Olle Õmblus struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Ken Odar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ilmasoo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taisto Alles in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tõnu Tihane prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Meelis Tarand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tõnu Tihane having to interfere. Olle Õmblus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tyurisalu's Ken Odar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enno Albin in the 74th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Taisto Alles dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tõnu Tihane, 2-1. In the 82nd minute Olle Õmblus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ken Odar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enno Albin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ken Odar having to make a save. 3-1 became the score in the 85th minute when Olle Õmblus elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Aivo Urbalu's late challenge caught a Tyurisalu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aivo Urbalu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tyurisalu booed when FC Ilmasoo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aivo Urbalu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Meelis Tarand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Ilmasoo had played much better football throughout.
