Kristian Äetma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villem Ainsaar in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th minute Villem Ainsaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Äetma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Villem Ainsaar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Okhtra's Kristian Äetma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tõnu Runnel in the 18th minute of play. Villem Ainsaar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Äetma having to interfere. Felix Raud made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Joe Vilu sent off a good shot on target. FC Liiva's Felix Raud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Jallajas in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Taniel Tihemets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Liiva's Felix Raud proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save FC Liiva from getting a goal against them. After 32 minutes, Kalev Vips mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Liiva and the Okhtra players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Okhtra booed when FC Liiva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalev Vips didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marek Jallajas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Felix Raud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 43 minutes, Lauri Neemre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Okhtra and the FC Liiva players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes Okhtra got a freekick which was hit by Lauri Neemre. Arnold Veedla lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Joe Vilu made the kick off in the second half. Kaarel Roht struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Felix Raud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Okhtra. When Tõnu Runnel came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the FC Liiva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tõnu Runnel couldn't finish the play. Kaarel Roht's late challenge caught a FC Liiva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kaarel Roht helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Okhtra got a freekick which was hit by Kaarel Roht. Villem Ainsaar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Äetma having to interfere. Felix Raud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joe Vilu, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Anton Savi charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anton Savi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Anton Savi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, FC Liiva's Villem Ainsaar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristian Äetma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Liiva walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
