Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emil Lumiste started the match with the kick off. Väino Vabadus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Lumiste in the 3rd minute of the match. Otto Pärnaku kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. If Emil Lumiste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ken Aupaju sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ken Aupaju came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Papiaru FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ken Aupaju couldn't finish the play. Ken Aupaju could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Harri Paabo made a huge save. Ingmar Harand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Ken Aupaju managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papiaru FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ken Aupaju was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harri Paabo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute, one of Papiaru FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Papiaru FC. If Heigo Uudekülg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Papiaru FC's goal looked a bit too open when Heigo Uudekülg came free, but Väino Vabadus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Lumiste in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Väino Vabadus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ingmar Harand stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Papiaru FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yygisu:s goal. Harri Paabo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ken Aupaju, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingmar Harand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Yygisu's Tauno Uudevald seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tauno Uudevald the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Yygisu protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tauno Uudevald had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Papiaru FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yygisu the free kick. In the 74th match minute, Papiaru FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingmar Harand to maneuver through the defense. Yygisu's Harri Paabo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingmar Harand in the 75th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingmar Harand in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harri Paabo saved Yygisu from getting behind. 78 minutes into the game, Papiaru FC's Ingmar Harand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Harri Paabo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 86th minute, Evert Liib got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ken Aupaju received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Harri Paabo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
