Illimar Aalto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juss Jahu in the 8th minute of the match. Illimar Aalto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juss Jahu's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Jaanus Mustpea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Hohenholm JK's Maarek Raidma got a free kick in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Hohenholm JK's goalkeeper Sander Rohumaa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustav Lillepuu. Rasmus Vanaliin struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Sander Rohumaa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FS Karinomme. Juss Jahu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Illimar Aalto having to make a save. If Juss Jahu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FS Karinomme booed when Hohenholm JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juss Jahu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaanus Mustpea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Markko Püss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FS Karinomme's Kajar Lüsi got a free kick in the 34th minute. Gustav Lillepuu lost his temper 37 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 43 minutes into the game, FS Karinomme's Rasmus Vanaliin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sander Rohumaa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Jaanus Mustpea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Illimar Aalto made a huge save. The supporters of FS Karinomme booed when Hohenholm JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maarek Raidma didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Jaanus Mustpea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hohenholm JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaanus Mustpea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Illimar Aalto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sander Rohumaa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rasmus Vanaliin's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Markko Püss hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaanus Mustpea got free with Illimar Aalto in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, FS Karinomme's Illimar Aalto got control of the ball when Madis Urb tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juss Jahu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Illimar Aalto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 minutes, Markko Püss mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FS Karinomme and the Hohenholm JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, FS Karinomme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markko Püss to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Rasmus Vanaliin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juss Jahu in the 94th minute of play forced FS Karinomme's goalkeeper Illimar Aalto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Markko Püss hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
