SK Azeri's Märt Kaljo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save SK Azeri from getting a goal against them. With his leg Märt Kaljo managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Lihtensteini's Theodor Kaljus fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Andre Uhtlik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Osvald Arumäe fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lihtensteini's protests and gave Osvald Arumäe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Osvald Arumäe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lihtensteini's Raul Nugin suffered a sore foot after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 33rd play minute Theodor Kaljus came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Märt Kaljo. 1-0. The audience was convinced that Andre Uhtlik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tõnn Teeäär was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rain Põld stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SK Azeri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustav Nugin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rain Põld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tõnn Teeäär having to interfere. Andre Uhtlik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Lihtensteini's Aapo Tagel got a free kick in the 59th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Lihtensteini's goal looked a bit too open when Rain Põld came free, but Tõnn Teeäär reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Holger Kangro kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodor Kaljus in the 80th minute of play forced SK Azeri's goalkeeper Märt Kaljo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Theodor Kaljus notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of SK Azeri's Märt Kaljo. Märt Kaljo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rain Põld blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tõnn Teeäär having to make a save. After 94 played minutes Lihtensteini got a freekick which was hit by Aapo Tagel. Lihtensteini's Tõnn Teeäär proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Lihtensteini from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lihtensteini had won after a very even match.
